Ken Moulison
A Master Electrician with 35 years of experience, Ken started Moulison North in 1994 in order to focus on heavy electrical, airport and traffic signal contracting work. Prior to starting Moulison North, Ken was associated with James D. Moulison Companies in Georgetown, MA. An avid philanthropist, Ken enjoys supporting worthwhile community projects whenever possible.
Bill Rowe, Senior Projects Manager

A former Seabee in the United States Navy and a licensed electrician for more than 45 years, Bill has been with Moulison North since day one. Prior to joining Moulison North, Bill spent over 38 years with James D. Moulison Companies where he acquired extensive airport electrical experience.
John S Tucker, General Manager
Heavy Electrical Group
A graduate of Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology in Boston MA, John worked with Ken Moulison at James D. Moulison Companies as a Journeyman Electrician for 22 years. John’s extensive experience in the commercial and industrial electrical field combined with his certification in high voltage splicing and terminations resulted in a much-deserved promotion to general manger in 2006.
Bill Toothaker, Chief Estimator
Traffic Signal Group
Prior to joining Moulison North, Bill spent 6 years as an Estimator/Project Manager for a traffic signal company in NH. An IMSA Certified Level 2 Technician, Bill possesses considerable experience in Econolite, Eagle, Peek and Naztec Traffic Signal Systems. This experience combined with his additional 18 years of experience in management/construction fields makes Bill an exceedingly capable point of contact for all general contractors, developers and state/local municipalities, and developers.
